Billing
The questions merchants ask before they commit, answered before you have to ask them.
A subscription is active while it still has a future billing date. Cancelled contracts and subscriptions you have paused indefinitely do not count toward your plan limit.
Move up or down whenever your volume changes. Monthly plans change on the next billing date, and a yearly plan changes at the end of the term you have already paid for.
Nothing stops selling the moment you cross a limit. We flag it in the dashboard, tell you what the next tier costs, and let you move up when it suits your month.
Tell us your active subscription count and what you want customers to be able to change. We will point you at the plan that covers it, including the cheaper one when that is the honest answer.
